July 17, 2014 - Regular Meeting Agenda Item #4 Item Title C-4 Interlocal Agreement to Sell Diesel Fuel to the Board of County Commissioners for Use of Emergency Vehicles in the McRae Area Issue/Rationale The School Board has had an Interlocal Agreement in the past years which has allowed the sale of diesel fuel from the McRae fuel depot to the Board of County Commission for use in emergency vehicles in the southern end of the county. This agreement requires annual approval. Recommended Action Approve Interlocal Agreement as submitted. Financial Impact Clay County School Board will receive an administrative fee of 3.54% per gallon of fuel from the Board of County Commission.
